You have 30 Calendar days to return your product for refund. Shipping charges will not be included. If there was a mistake on our part we will exchange your product or give you a full refund. Shipping charges will be included. After 30 Calendar days a refund will not apply. You will receive a store credit. Product must be received in new condition for a full refund minus shipping fees. Returned Product is subject to a 20% restocking fee and it must be returned in new and unused condition.
We are open Monday thru Friday 9am to 5pm Pacific Standard time. Closed all major Holidays.
We take Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. PayPal Accounts are accepted. We also accept personal and business checks. No third party checks are accepted.
Orders usually ship out within 3-5 business days not including the day of order. If you need your order expedited please contact us at [email protected] for availability. Also you will be notified if there are any back orders of the product.
Orders can be picked up on a will call bases. You will be notified Via Email or phone when your order is complete. There is no charge for handling on order for pick up. When your order is placed you will be charged for shipping, but in the note please specify order is for pick-up then we will issue a refund for shipping when your order is picked up at our facility.
All orders in the US Continental will be shipped Ground unless you specify Overnight or
Express Shipping. All International order will ship Express.
